Keeping yourself warm this winter is easier than you think.

Aside from wearing gloves, a hat, a scarf, and warm shoes like you’re supposed to, you can add Warming Foods to your diet.

Warming Foods are foods that warm you up internally. Chinese medicine classifies foods into Yin and Yang, yin being cooling and yang being warming.
