Fat Burning Muscle building Workout!!!

Here’s a simple calorie burning workout that you can do 2 times a week with just a five dollar jump rope!!!

It’s designed to help activate all the muscles in your body and help you build upper body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Jumping rope is one of the BEST ways to burn calories for everyone, especially for people with joint issues.

If you don’t ave a jump rope, you can just pretend that you’re using one and move your arms anyway, as the more you move, the more you burn! And you’ll be trainig for the day when you finally can find a jump rope;)
